Welcome to Leonine Network Ventures (the “Platform”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Introduction

• These Terms govern your access to and use of the services provided by Leonine Network Ventures, including but not limited to wallet integration, token transactions, and associated functionalities.
• By registering or using the platform, you agree to abide by these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old to use this platform.
• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3. Account Registration

• Users must register using a Tron Wallet. Upon successful registration, an LCDT wallet address will be emailed to you.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet details. The platform will not be liable for any unauthorized access or loss resulting from your failure to secure your account.

4. Services

The Platform offers the following services:

1. Retailer:

   • Deposit options multitime: ₮60, ₮150, ₮1500, ₮15000
   • LCDT Rate: 1 TRX = 20 LCDT (excluding transaction charges).
   • Locking period: Until December 31, 2030.
   • Referral Bonus: 2%+ of deposits made by referred ones.
   • Retailers can refer other Retailers.

Features include staking, airdrops, and referrals.

5. Referral Program

• Referrals earn bonuses based on deposits made by referred users.
• Referral rewards are calculated as:
  • 2%+ for Retailers.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

• All deposits are made in TRX and converted to LCDT at the rate of 1 TRX = 20 LCDT(excluding transaction charges).
• Deposits are locked until December 31, 2030.
• After the lock period, users can withdraw based on the valuation of LCDT at that time.

7. Staking and Airdrops

• Users can participate in staking programs to earn rewards as specified on the platform.
• Airdrops will be periodically distributed to eligible users.

8. Payment and Fees

• Payments can be made using Tron Wallet.
• All transactions are subject to network fees and platform service charges, which will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform.
• Transfer or share your account or wallet details with unauthorized persons.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Leonine Network Ventures and is protected under applicable copyright laws.
• Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Leonine Network Ventures will not be held liable for:
  • Losses due to market fluctuations in LCDT valuation.
  • Unauthorized access to your wallet or account.
  • Network or technical failures.

12. Privacy

• Your personal and financial data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

• The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activities.
• Upon termination, any locked funds or rewards will be forfeited.

14. Amendments

• Leonine Network Ventures reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Changes will be notified via email or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Conway, Arkansas, USA – 72033
